We are heading towards the last of our Spring Series workshops in Leinster in the coming weeks. Over the past 2 months, we’ve seen these various workshops rolled out in most counties across Leinster and nationally also. On Wednesday 30th May, Kilkenny delivered their Caman and Explore workshop for coaches of 9-12 year olds in Young Irelands GAA Club. Delivered excellently by Mark Cooney, the coaches in attendance got some great ideas of developing this age group specifically. The main aim of this Series was to offer coaches age-appropriate direction for the group they coach, providing ideas and progressions for the varying levels of skill acquisition at the different ages. The remaining workshops left to run in Leinster takes place in Laois on Wednesday June 13th (15-17years), Meath on the 14th June (6-8yrs) and Kildare on Wednesday 21st June for the 6-8 year old bracket also.

If you wish to attend any of these workshops please contact your county development officer directly, or alternatively for more information contact niall.williams@camogie.ie  or sabrina.larkin@camogie.ie / Brendan.kenny@camogie.ie
