They were very impressive in beating St Patrick’s Maghera 3-13 to 2-4 in Glen. A goal from Maeve McGillion kept Maghera in touch at the break 1-2 to 0-7 behind, but St Mary’s upped the pace again for the second half and goals from Sinead McLaughlin (2) and Rachel Kelly saw them through to a repeat of the past two finals against Cross & Passion Ballycastle who beat St Patrick’s Keady in their semi 4-9 to 1-5.
Ballycastle found themselves a goal down after just five minutes, but came back with two goals from All-star Louise McKeown hit back and another from Rebecca Walsh to lead 3-4 to 1-2 at the turn-over.
Louise McKeown completed her hat-trick early in the second half and although Keady kept fighting hard the north Antrim side reached the final with something to spare.

Elsewhere St Patrick’s Dungannon surprised Assumption Ballynahinch in the Fr Davies Cup semi-final in Sherry’s Field in Armagh.
A first half goal from Cathy Jordan was the difference at the break 1-1 to 0-1. Ciara Mageean who scored all of Assumption’s 1-2 fired home a goal from a free at the start of the second half, but the Academy responded and goals from Emma McAliskey and Brid O’Hagan saw them through to the decider against either Our Lady’s Newry or Loreto Coleraine whose semi-final was postponed due to the pitch conditions.
St Colm’s Draperstown and St MacNissi’s Garron Towere will contest the Senior Medallion Cup after each defeated a team from Kilkeel in their semi-finals.
Draperstown make the final for the first time after defeating St Louis Kilkeel by 5-2 to 0-2 at Queen’s.
Mary Jo McCullagh 2-1 and Cathy Convery 1-1 did well around the midfield area, while the other goals came from Bronagh McGillian and Patricia McNamee.
Over in the west of the city, St MacNissi’s posted 3-9 against St Columban’s Kilkeel’s single point.
The Tower played with the aid of the breeze at the start but good defence from St Columban’s kept them in the hunt with a half-time deficit of 6 points.
Gradually though the north Antrim side wore the Mourne girls down and goals from Tessa McDonnell, Mairi Mulvenna and Ashling Ward saw them through.
