The Camogie Association is delighted to announce an exciting project which is set to be delivered in collaboration with Paul Kilgannon of CARVER Coaching and Performance. This project will see one club selected to engage in a programme which sets out to define and develop the coaching values, strategies and processes of the club.
Paul Kilgannon is a Performance Coach, Author and Creator of The CARVER Coaching Framework which is used internationally across multiple sports. Paul consults with sporting organisations in the area of creating effective and healthy coaching and performance environments.
The CARVER Coaching Way project, will be delivered via four in-person, face to face days at the club, as well as a number of checkpoints along the journey. This is an unprecedented opportunity for a club to support and nurture their coaches and build a structure that can provide a healthy and sustainable future for its community.
Interested clubs may register their interest in being selected via the form at – The Carver Coaching Way – In collaboration with The Camogie Association (Club Application)
Closing date for applications is set at 5pm, Friday 8th November 2024. Forms must be completed via the club secretary account (secretary.club.county@camogie.ie). Forms submitted via other/personal accounts will not be considered.
