Road Closures notification issued by Dublin City Council:
The road closures are taking place from 7am to 6pm, Sunday 11th September to facilitate Sky Ride, an event created to inspire and help everyone whatever their age or ability to get on their bikes and have fun.
Road closures will be in place as follows:
Samuel Beckett Bridge, Sir John Rogersons Quay, City Quay, Cardiff Lane, Macken Street, Grand Canal St Lower, Clanwilliam Place, Warrington Place, Mount Street Upper, Merrion Square South, Fitzwilliam Street, Fitzwilliam Square, and Baggot Street Lower (from Pembroke Street to Mespil Road / Haddington Road).
Dublin City Council, in partnership with Sky, is organising the free event, which will see approximately 8km of the city centre’s roads closed to traffic. Participants will be cycling the route at their own pace, with an array of entertainment along the way. Further information on the event is available from www.goskyride.ie

Adult tickets: €30
(Students/ OAP’s buy
full price ticket and get €15 refunded at gate F9 and f10)
Juveniles: €5
There are no group tickets or family tickets available on the day only
full price tickets are available
