
This camp targets teenage girls who enjoy the social aspect of camogie, enjoy spending time with their friends and trying other activities. This camp should tap into other interests camogie players may have.
These camps will be 12 hours across a 3 days (or more if desired), which can be done in the evening or during the day).
- Each day must consist of at least 2 camogie sessions (skills, games, fun games) and 2 other activities per day – 6 different activities throughout the week.
- Examples such as friendship bracelets, old school games, painting/decorating hurls & sliotars, dance, social media/photography, volleyball, baking, music and leadership. Be as creative as you wish with the activities.

- Each successful club will receive a grant of €500 to host the camp, plus 50% of the participation fee following the completion of the camp.
- Registration is through the Camogie Association, cost to attend is €50/£40 per teen; we will supply a booking link to be shared to networks to sign up for the camp.
- Camogie Staff will be holding an information evening with successful clubs to brainstorm ideas regarding the camp date to be confirmed and provide support to clubs

- Supply hoodies for each participant- note hoodie order needs to go in 6-8 weeks before the camp to arrive on time. So only registrations received by then will receive hoodie on time.
The overarching aim is to provide, inspire and support more teenage girls to be more involved in Camogie. We are aiming to provide this opportunity to motivate young girls to enjoy playing camogie, build their confidence and empower them to play more camogie in a relaxed environment while also incorporating other things that they may be interested in.
