Key to implementation of the Gaelic Games Coach and Player Pathways, is the provision of quality coaching and player development inputs, appropriate to a player’s stage on the pathway.

The LGFA, Camogie Association, and GAA continue to work together to align supports and services to volunteers active within the Coach Pathway, and indeed, to those taking the initial steps into the pathway. Our coach education programmes are delivered by qualified coach developers who ensure all participants attending Gaelic Games education courses/workshops/webinars have a positive experience. It is these positive experiences that support increased participation across the Gaelic Games landscape. Coach Developers play an intrinsic role in the facilitation of these positive coach education experiences.
