The Tipperary County Volunteer of the Year Award has been chosen- Marie Casey from Cahir!
 
Now we are looking for other counties to follow suit and nominate their volunteer of the year!
 
The ‘Volunteer of the Year’ Award winners from each County will be honoured at a special awards ceremony lunch in Croke Park Stadium on February 4th 2017.

Marie Casey, Tipperary Volunteer of the Year- presented by Tipperary Chairperson John Foley
 
Marie Casey from Cahir Camogie club has been chosen as the Tipperary Volunteer of the Year. Marie is chairperson of Cahir Camogie club and has worked tirelessly to promote Camogie locally. She was manager of the successful Intermediate team who won the Intermediate All Ireland Club Championship earlier in the year. Marie is also involved in coaching of underage teams in the club.
