57 Camogie clubs have signed up to take part in ‘Hurl Smart Week 2015’. Hurl Smart Week takes place from the 1st-7th June. Camogie clubs are encouraged to join with their local GAA club and community in getting everyone active for the week through the medium of camogie and other fun activities. Clubs will run an event every day of Hurl Smart Week. Examples of events include solo relay races, obstacle course, wall ball competitions, talks on nutrition and fitness, skills tests etc. See list of clubs involved in Hurl Smart Week 2015 below. 43 clubs take part in Camán to Tullamore Leinster day
The Leinster provincial under 12 blitz took place in O Connor Park Tullamore on Saturday the 23rd May. 43 clubs from around the province took part in the blitz which focused on fun and skill development. This is the final blitz in the provincial series with blitzes complete in Semple Stadium for Munster with 48 clubs attending, Pearse Stadium for 24 Connacht clubs and in Newry for 35 Ulster clubs. All clubs that attended their provincial day will now be entered into the draw to play in Croke Park on July 7th. This is the annual ‘Camán to Croker day’ and will include 64 clubs on the day.

Armagh Cumann na mBunscol day
124 girls from 9 Schools took part in the Armagh Cumann na mBunscol day in Ballymacnab GAC, Armagh. Derrynoose PS won the Camogie final on Thursday 21st May defeating Middletown PS. A special mention to Gary Farrell (Armagh Cumann na mBunscol Chair) for all his work in organising the day. Thanks to the Ballymacnab Football and Camogie clubs for hosting the blitz and also to Armagh Camogie chair and secretary Paula McGuigan and Marie Fanthorpe for their help in sourcing referees and providing refreshments. Referees on the day were Siodhna Woods, Michael Gribben and Shanna Dougan.

Feile Skills Star 2015
This year the Camogie and Hurling Feile Skills Star event takes place on a different date and venue to National feile. The skills star competition takes place in Portlaoise on Saturday the 6th June. Hurling takes place at 1pm with Camogie taking place at 2pm on the day.
