With providing the right training and information, coaches can enhance their own abilities while also developing the skills and nurturing the talents of the players.
 
However, being exposed to pressure at a young age, being expected to win at all costs can be detrimental to teach children at an early age. Their enjoyment will slowly fade and players will drop off and leave the sport behind.
 
Our ethos is “Inspire to play, Empower to stay” and this article shows why these words can be a positive message to teach our children learning the sport.
