Referee Training Opportunities in Connacht
We would like to extend this invitation to each county in Connacht to participate in our Club Camogie Referee Training courses this August. We are asking each county to distribute this invitation to their clubs, post the social media poster on their social media pages and encourage those who may be interested, to sign up.
The courses depend on the number of people interested. We would need a minimum of 15 people to run any particular course.
a) First Whistle Course This is for anyone over 15 years of age looking to referee at Go Games Level (u8/10/12) and also at u12 League.
b) Foundation Course This is for anyone over 18 years of age looking to referee at u14 level and above. With experience county boards will assign to older ages groups accordingly.
c) Conversion Course This is for any GAA Referee who are looking to officiate in camogie also and will offer a recap of the rule differences etc from hurling to camogie.
