Over fifty Camogie players took to O Donnell Park for an U12 blitz last Saturday the 18th of September 2010. The heavy rain didn’t dampen the spirits of these future Donegal stars while they exhibited some excellent skill, determination and enthusiasm.
Carndonagh, Burt, Four Masters and St Eunans all produced some great team performances. It was particularly heartening to witness the displays of the Four Masters Club who have been striving hard to develop the game of Camogie in Donegal Town.
Refreshments for all mentors and players were kindly provided by the St. Eunans club. The blitz which was deemed a huge success ended with a presentation where the girls received a medal from County Development Officer Gavin Craig.
