Well done to St Vincents who will represent Dublin in this year’s All-Ireland FÚile na nGael final after a narrow win over Lucan Sarsfields. Many thanks to all who participated especially referees Brendan Cooper, Fiona NÝ Sh·illeabhßin, Derek Brannigan and Carla Hayes. Appreciation to Lucan Sarsfields for superbly hosting the event. The other divisional finals will take place on May 16-17.
The Dublin County Board Academy is hosting an Inter-county U13 Blitz in Lucan next Saturday 25th April. Teams from Dublin, Lucan Sarsfields, Meath and Galway will be taking part.
Later in the year Dublin Academy will send two teams to the Cork Blitz on 30 May; Galway Blitz on 18 July and the Kilkenny Blitz on 26 September.
Congratulations to former -rd Sti·rth¾ir Sile Wallace who was honoured with a special award for her services to camogie at the gala Cuala Awards night in the Royal Marine Hotel.
Sile has also very generously presented a cup Corn UÝ BhailÝs for the Leinster League competition.
