Gemma O’Connor was the recipient of the Gala Performance Award after she led her side to victory over Tipperary in round one of the Gala All Ireland Senior Camogie Championship at Semple Stadium on Saturday, June 12th.
O’Connor hit five points (four from play) as her side held off a determined Tipp challenge to win 1-16 to 0-15.
