The National under 15 Camogie Competition for phase 2 counties took place in Longford Slashers GAA club in Longford on Saturday October 1st 2016.
8 counties took part in the competition on the day including Kildare, Tyrone, Carlow, Donegal, Westmeath, Laois, Wicklow and Armagh.
Laois defeated Carlow in the Cup competition by 5-8 to 0-2 with Tyrone defeating Donegal in the shield competition on a score line of 2-7 to 2-2.

Health and Wellbeing Conference
The GAA’s third annual National Health and Wellbeing Conference will take place in Croke Park on Saturday, October 22nd. The theme will be: Healthy Clubs make healthy members.
Organised by the Community & Health team in Croke Park, in consultation with the National Health & Wellbeing Committee, this free event will bring together some of the country’s leading health and wellness experts, including Niall Moyna who will deliver the keynote address as well as high profile GAA players from across all codes.
A special invitation is extended to all new Club Health and Wellbeing Officers as elements of the conference will support the recent delivery of Club Officer Health & Wellbeing training.

What to Coach U8/U10’s Workshop Derry
The Continued Professional Development Workshops continued in Derry this week in Glack on Tuesday October 4th. Thanks to tutor Ronan Toner who covered the topic ‘What to coach U8/u10’s’. 15 coaches attended on the night.
