Semple Stadium confirmed for camogie final

Semple Stadium has been confirmed as the venue for the Irish Daily Star Division One League Final between Galway and Wexford this coming Sunday (April 17th) at 12.45pm.

The tie precedes the clash of All Ireland hurling champions Tipperary and Wexford at 2.30pm.

Wexford are bidding for a hat-trick of camogie league titles defeating Tipperary and Kilkenny in 2009 and 2010 respectively.

The Irish Daily Star Division Two League Final between Antrim and Waterford takes place at Donaghmore Ashbourne, also on Sunday afternoon, at 2.30pm.

This year’s Irish Daily Star Division One and Two ties are a repeat of last year’s All Ireland Final pairings in which Wexford defeated Galway by two points and Antrim ran out winners against Waterford.
