On 25th July, ten clubs came together for the Leinster Social Camogie Blitz at the fantastic facilities of Castletown Geoghegan GAA in Westmeath. The day was filled with fun, friendship, and plenty of camogie, showcasing everything that makes Social Camogie so special.
With music playing throughout the venue and the aroma of the BBQ drifting across the pitches, 119 players took part in 16 games over the course of the day. The atmosphere was one of enjoyment, inclusion, and camaraderie, with players embracing the spirit that epitomises Social Camogie.
A huge thank you to all the teams who travelled from near and far to take part, making the day such a memorable occasion. Special thanks also to Castletown Geoghegan GAA for their outstanding hospitality and unwavering support, both on the day and in the lead-up to the event.
