The search is on to find Ireland’s most skilful Camogie squad.
As official sponsor of the Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Camogie Championship, and as part of the #SupportHerSport campaign, Liberty Insurance have joined up with Her.ie, SportsJoe.ie and 2FM to launch the ‘Liberty Insurance Squad Goals Challenge’, a nationwide search to find Ireland’s most skilful camogie squad.
If your squad has some serious skills, we want to see them. You could bag your club a cool €5,000 and get to show off your talents in front of a huge crowd during half time at the Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Senior Camogie Final in Croke Park. No pressure then!
How it works
What we are looking for are video clips of individual players or team members together showing off their quirkiest skills and most innovative moves.
The best five videos will be chosen to go through to a knockout competition broadcast live on 2FM at the end of July. Get through that and your squad will be down to the final two, going head to head during half-time at the Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Senior Camogie Final in Croke Park on September 11th. The winning squad will walk off the pitch with a cool €5,000, and the adulation of a nation.
