For all underage competitions the AWAY TEAM has to supply referee in group stages. Referees MUST have a referees’ course done. If away team cannot the home team can supply referee. If they cannot
the away team has to organise and pay for neutral referee. Failure to do this may result in away team losing the points. Fixtures committee decision is final.
