The National Hurl with Me day in association with the National Dairy Council took place in the GAA Games Development Centre in Sports HQ in Abbotstown on Sunday June 26th.
24 clubs took part in the National Hurl with Me Programme this year where the Camogie Association provided a tutor for 6 weeks to the club. The tutor took the parents through the basic skills of the game over the 6 week programme. Then all clubs came together for a National particpation blitz day with parents playing the first half of games and daughters playing the second half of the games.
