51 girls from Gaelscoil Eois, Latton, Castleblaney and Gaelscoil Lorcan took part in a participation blitz in Cloughan, Monaghan. Only 22 of the 51 girls currently play camogie regularly in school and in local clubs so the hope after the blitz is that the other girls will pick up the hurl and play for local camogie clubs.
