This year’s International Pan Celtic Festival is already underway and on Saturday and Sunday, April 14th & 15th, Camogie takes centre stage as thirty teams compete for the prestigious Pan Celtic Champions title.

 
In a further boost to the long running competition, Supermacs Carlow Town confirmed sponsorship of the camogie championship, including ‘Sporting Team of the Tournament’ and ‘Player of the Tournament’ awards.
 
Adult and under-age teams compete in Pan Celtic at three venues in Carlow town with all finals played on Sunday, April 15th at selected grounds.
 
Senior A grade fixtures are based in Carlow Town Hurling club while Senior B  are based in O’Hanrahans GAA pitch at the rear of Dr Cullen Park. All U16A & B grade fixtures are based in the Carlow Institute of Technology GAA grounds.
 
The Camogie Pan Celtic Championship is part of the International Pan Celtic Tournament which celebrates the Celtic heritage, traditions and languages of Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Isle of Man, Brittany and Ireland through music, song, dance, storytelling, poetry, sport, food, craft, art and friendship.
