In another crucial weekend across the Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Camogie Championships we look ahead to the first Final of the Championships as Carlow take on Kerry in the Junior A Final.

Liberty Insurance Junior A All-Ireland Camogie Championship Final

Carlow v Kerry, Moyne Templetuohy, 2.30pm, Referee: Richard McNicholas (Galway)

Both sides will be looking to lift the Nancy Murray Cup for the first time in this much anticipated Final, which only adds to the excitement for both teams coming into the fixture.

Carlow reached the Final following a hard fought win over Clare in Birr in the Semi-Finals where they staged a second half comeback to overcome their opponents.  Carlow recorded impressive wins over Clare and Meath in the group stage where they eventually finished in second place.

Kerry overcame Meath in impressive fashion at the Semi-Final stage to advance to Sunday’s Final. The Kingdom won by only three points when the sides met in the group stages, which sets this meeting up to be another tight affair.
