Sunday, February 28th – Irish Daily Star National League Division 1 Previews

Division 1 Group 1

Clare v Offaly
Clare have had to wait a week for their first outing under new manager Patricia O’Grady, and they will be looking to improve on a disappointing 2015 All-Ireland championship in which they failed to advance from their group stage. Offaly meanwhile got their campaign off to an impressive start last weekend with a good win over Dublin and will be looking to follow that up with another win on Sunday.

Galway will be high in confidence coming into this match following a resounding win over Tipperary last weekend as they look to continue their impressive undefeated run in the League competition.

Referee: Owen Elliott  Venue: DCU Centre of Excellence  Throw-in: 2.30pm

Tipperary V Wexford
Tipperary will be hoping to bounce back from a heavy loss to a strong Galway side last weekend as they look to get their campaign back on track.
