We take a look at this weekend's crucial Camogie action in the Irish Daily Star National League 1 with coveted Semi-Final berths still to play for:

Sunday, March 27th – Irish Daily Star National League Division 1 Previews

Division 1 Group 1

Clare v Galway
Clare will be hoping to bounce back from defeat to Dublin last weekend as they strive to maintain their place in second place in the group and secure a coveted place in the Semi-Finals. Galway meanwhile will be looking to complete a clean sweep of wins in the group stage as they aim for back-to-back National League titles.

Referee: Karl O’Brien Venue: Clooney GAA Throw-in: 2pm

Offaly v Wexford
Offaly come into this tie hoping for other results to go their way if they are to progress to the Semi-Finals, and must first claim only a second win of the campaign to have any hope of progressing. Wexford too will be hoping for other teams to do them a favour, but must also ensure that they keep their end of the bargain first by defeating Offaly if they are to reach the Semi-Finals.

Referee: Ray Kelly Venue: St. Brendan’s Park, Birr  Throw-in: 2pm

Tipperary v Dublin
Tipperary come into this match knowing that they will progress should they win and Clare fail to beat Galway. There are also a number of other result combinations that might see them progress. Dublin, buoyed by an impressive win over Clare last weekend, must defeat Tipp and hope that other results go their way in order for them to progress to the Semi-Finals.

Referee: John Dolan Venue: The Ragg Throw-in: 2pm

Division 1 Group 2

Derry v Waterford
These two sides are playing for pride as they both look to secure their first points of the campaign and avoid finishing in last place in the group. Waterford lost away to a strong Cork side last weekend whilst Derry will be looking to improve on a disappointing home defeat to Limerick last time out.

Referee: Owen Elliott Venue: Owenbeg Throw-in: 12noon

Limerick v Kilkenny
Limerick come into this crucial tie knowing that they will progress to the Semi-Finals should they avoid defeat, whilst Kilkenny must win to have any hope of making the knock-out stages. Cork meanwhile will be eagerly awaiting the outcome of this match to see whether they will advance – a matter which might come down to points difference depending on the result of this game.

Referee: Cathal Egan Venue: Bruff GAA Throw-in: 2pm
