Wexford sportsmanship at the highest
At this year’s Leinster Under 14 blitz in Portlaoise we witnessed a true example of sportsmanship in our game of Camogie.
On the day Wexford had both an A squad and B squad representing the county in the Leinster Final.
After a very tough game the A squad won out in the end. When the Cup was being presented to the A squad captain Charlotte Redmond she was joined on the podium by the B Captain Katie Gallagher and the cup was presented to both girls. Both squads then joined together for a big team photo while they sang “We are the Champions”!!!!!!!!!
