He presented an overview of feedback received from a members of the Association. It is interesting and challening. It highlights the strengths and areas where we can improve. Recommendations were also put forward. Ard Comhairle and Management discussed potential changes. This is only the start of the process.
It will require a change in mindset to make some of these changes but it is worth remembering that all organisations require changes in process and structure over a period of time. By the time Congress comes we will have a clearer picture of where we want to go.I will keep you updated
