Fantastic two day camp for U16 Elite Academy in Ulster University Jordanstown. The players had an intense day of coaching, foam rolling, player lifestyle and time management, guest Q&A. The guest coaches/speakers were Catherine Mc Gourty (Down Player), Sarah Louise Carr (Clonduff and Down), Siobhán Bradley (Slaugtneil) Mickey Glover (Slaugtneil Coach) Eoin Mc Nicholl (NI Netball Coach), Ryan Mellon (UGAA) Tommy Stevenson (Fitness Instructor).
On day two they played games against each other and also Kelley Fay (Sports psychology) spoke to them about how to prepare correctly for big games. (You can catch the video on our social media facebook)

Ulster Senior League final took place on Monday night also in Ulster University Jordanstown and the winners were Bellaghy of derry who overcame Portaferry of down on a scoreline of 1-22 to 0-12. This brings to an end a brilliant competition with over 20 clubs taking part over the last number of months.
