Continuous improvement in performance is key to achieving high standards in the experience of playing, refereeing, coaching and mentoring Camogie. We will maintain and develop training and player welfare initiatives and work to develop and increase in the number of female coaches and referees.
The Camogie Association will put in place the structures and programmes to significantly increase the number of players who will get the opportunity to play camogie either through their local club, school or third level education institution.
