The Camogie Association are excited to announce the Self Care Webinar Series which will take place throughout the month of November.
Throughout this 5-part series we will be diving into important topics around Self Care while encouraging our members to prioritise their own health and wellbeing. We will explore topics such as Sexual Health, Preventative Screening, Periods & Sport, Alcohol and Breast Cancer Awareness, and we are encouraging you to join us in these conversations.
We are excited to be working with Dr. John Crowley & Dr. James Nolan, the HSE’s National Screening Service, National Cancer Control Programme, Alcohol Programme, Anytime of the Month, and Breast Cancer Ireland to bring these webinars to our members.
