The Camogie Association is hosting a Youth Forum on Saturday November 5th from 10.00am to 3.30pm in Technological University of the Shannon (Athlone Campus). The theme of the Youth Forum is the “Transferring the skills of Camogie to life”. It is open to Camogie players aged 14 to 17.
The Youth Form will offer youth members the opportunity to share their voice on what is important to them. They will also learn from guest speakers on topics related to transferring the skills of Camogie into life.
Guest Speakers include:
Bernie Durkan (Sport Psychologist and Primary School Teacher)– Being a good club mate
Stephen Henry (Sport Psychologist and Games Promotion Officer) – Being a good person
Any Time of the Month (UL Student Led Social Enterprise)- Being more socially aware
