Tara Camogie Club, London will host a seventh Camogie 7s competition on Saturday 6th April 2013 to be held at Tir Chonaill Park, Greenford
This is a one-day event with games starting approx 10.00am on Saturday morning with cup & plate competitions at both Junior and Senior grades.
The tournament is 7-a-side with a maximum of three subs allowed. Irish teams will be graded as senior. Presentations will take place in the clubhouse during the evening followed by a night’s entertainment.
Numbers are limited so please contact Tara Camogie Club directly to ensure there is space for your team prior to making any travel arrangements.

Westmeath Camogie Awards Night
There was a huge turnout for the Westmeath Examiner Awards night in the Annebrook House Hotel on Saturday January 5th to celebrate a terrific year for Westmeath Camogie.
Chairwoman Olive Leonard welcomed everyone including Camogie President, Aileen Lawlor and members of Westmeath CLG. She outlined the various highlights of the year starting with Aileen’s election as President of the Association and the three All-Ireland titles captured by Westmeath.
The first award recipient of the night was presented to Assumpta Dolan of Delvin, who was the winner of the Volunteer of the Year Award.
This year’s special guest Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh received a standing ovation upon his arrival and presented the county’s All Ireland winning U16 team with their medals. President Aileen Lawlor addressed the room before presenting the Junior team with their medals while a special presentation was made to Aoife Corcoran to mark her success at the Feile Skills competition while presentations were also made to the mentors of the Junior and U16 teams.
Paul Hughes from the Westmeath Examiner then announced the Westmeath Examiner Readers All Stars Team of the Year, before presenting the underage Player of the Year award to Nicola Fagan from Lough Lene Gaels and the Player of the Year award to Elaine Finn from Raharney.
