Wing back Regina Glynn was to the fore as her side saw off Cork to reach this year’s Gala All Ireland Senior Camogie final defeating the treble chasing champions 0-10 to 0-9 after a titanic struggle in Sunday’s replay at Semple Stadium, Thurles.
In the first encounter, the Tribeswomen conceded 1-17 to a rampant Cork attack but yesterday, a tenacious Galway defence, for which Glynn was outstanding, kept the treble chasing champions to nine points.
