2019 Hurl with Me
Congratulations and best wishes to all clubs who were successful in been selected for this year Hurl with Me Programme, which begins this week for the month of June.
Hurl with Me is a four-week coaching programme which saw parents/guardians train alongside their daughters, one night a week to learn the basic skills of the game in a fun and supportive environment, this is the initial step that looks to engage parents or guardians to become more involved in their daughter’s club in either a coaching or administrative role.
We would also like to thank sincerely all the tutors involved who are delivering the programme over the coming weeks.
On July 7th the Camogie Association will hold its annual Hurl with Me event in the National Games Development Centre in Abbottstown, Dublin. This event will see over 1000 parents/guardians and kids from around the country compete against each other in a series of matches. The event marks the end of this year’s four-week coaching programme.
