Aileen Lawlor, Uachtarán an Cumann Camógaíochta welcomed AIB’s announcement last Friday to extend their sponsorship of the All-Ireland Camogie Club Championships until 2018 as they look to further their commitment to supporting Camgoie throughout the country.
She commented: “AIB’s extension of its sponsorship of the All-Ireland Camogie Club Championships to 2018 is a very welcome development. AIB’s support for the All-Ireland Camogie Club Championships, since 2013, has been innovative and exciting. It really captures the competitiveness and honesty of the club game. We are delighted that this commitment is now being extended.”
The finals of this year’s AIB All-Ireland Camogie Club Championships takes place this Sunday, March 1st in Croke Park stadium with Mullagh of Galway taking on Oulart-The Ballagh of Wexford in the Senior fixture, and Lismore of Waterford taking on Piltown of Kilkenny in the Intermediate fixture.
