Following Offaly’s dramatic victory over Wexford in last Saturday’s opener, the Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Championships step up a level this weekend, with 16 counties entering the fray.

In the senior grade, the 2025 semi-finalists are seeded in Group 1, which kicks off in a fortnight.

Group 2 sees six teams battling for two All-Ireland quarter-final berths. With the Faithful County already off the mark, Clare, Dublin, Kilkenny and Limerick will all be hoping to make the perfect start.

Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Senior Championship

Group 2: Clare vs Dublin, 2pm Saturday, Zimmer Biomet Páirc Chíosóg

These sides met in last month’s Centra Camogie League Division 1B final, with the Banner prevailing 3-11 to 0-17.

Eugene Foudy’s side gave a strong account of themselves in the Munster Championship, taking Waterford to extra-time. Given that they fell to the Déise by 10 points last summer, Clare are clearly moving in the right direction.

The in-form Lorna McNamara led the charge in the springtime showpiece, notching 2-6, and Clare will be hoping for more of the same from their sharpshooter.

Dublin looked to put the defensive lapses of that league final defeat in the rear-view mirror, as they made their way through the Leinster Championship. Wins over Offaly and Carlow saw them through to the provincial decider, but a commanding nine-point half-time lead over Wexford ultimately evaporated, as the Model County snatched victory in extra-time.

Bill McCormack’s outfit will be gunning to set the record straight in Ennis, after a frustrating few weeks.

Group 2: Kilkenny vs Limerick, 3:30pm Saturday, UPMC Nowlan Park – live on the Camogie Association’s YouTube channel

Kilkenny Camogie has enjoyed a busy month, claiming an All-Ireland minor crown, while also featuring in U23A and U16A finals.

The seniors suffered a shock defeat to Wexford in the Leinster Championship semi-final, but will see themselves as frontrunners in Group 2 over the coming weeks.

They open against Limerick in UPMC Nowlan Park, live on the Camogie Association’s YouTube channel at 3:30pm Saturday.

It has been difficult to get a read on this Treaty outfit thus far in 2026. A mixed league saw them narrowly miss out on a Division 1B final spot, but they then endured a heavy Munster semi-final defeat at the hands of eventual-winners Tipperary.

They will be looking to make a statement on Nore-side on Saturday afternoon.

Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Intermediate Championship

Group 1: Kerry vs Down, 2pm Sunday, Austin Stack Park

Group 1: Derry vs Antrim, 3:30pm Sunday, Doire Trasna

Group 2: Laois vs Carlow, 3:30pm Sunday, Laois Hire O’Moore Park

Group 2: Meath vs Westmeath, 3:30pm Sunday, Donaghmore-Ashbourne

The Glen Dimplex Intermediate Championship promises to be intriguing this summer.

Antrim are being widely tipped to go all the way after an impressive league showing in Division 1A. The Saffrons scored an upset win away to Cork, and generally acquitted themselves well among the country’s elite.

Their opening assignment is away to Derry, who were relegated from the senior ranks in 2025.

Meanwhile, last year’s beaten finalists Kerry are another side who will fancy their chances. They host Down on Sunday, in a repeat of the 2025 semi-final.

Laois will be looking to build on their progress after their Premier Junior triumph last year, with the all-Leinster Group 2 set to be a closely-contested affair.

Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Junior Championship

Mayo vs Louth, 3:30pm Saturday, Tooreen

Monaghan vs Donegal, 3:30pm Saturday, Clontibret

The Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Junior Championship returns for 2026, with Mayo, Louth, Monaghan and Donegal all fielding teams.

It was Mayo who prevailed against Monaghan in the Division 3B final earlier in the year, as the Farney County enter a senior team for the first time in 15 years.

The Connacht outfit will be hoping to add further silverware this summer, and they kick things off against the Wee County on Saturday afternoon.
