The Camogie Association is delighted to launch Volume 2 of the Player Welfare Booklet.

The booklet includes information on the Camogie Association injury prevention programme and on the Camogie Early, Rapid and Mature Movers age-appropriate movement programmes. These programmes were developed in conjunction with researchers in Dublin City University School of Health and Human Performance led by Dr. Siobhán O’Connor.

Volume 2 of The Player Welfare Booklet also contains an infographic on Burnout, which was developed as a result of research carried out by researchers in Dublin City University led by David Passmore. Also included are articles on Emotional Wellbeing, Mental Health first Aid and Anti-Doping, as well as information on our Player Welfare Podcast Series and Self Care Webinar Series.
