Safeguarding
A safeguarding workshop will take place in Galway Community College on Monday February 25th from 7 – 10pm. New coaches must complete this course to receive the foundation level certificate.
Foundation Courses
Eyrecourt held a very successful foundation course on Saturday February 16th. Twenty-six participants from 8 different Camogie clubs took part. They were put through their paces by tutors Donal Ryan and Ted Walsh. Many thanks to everyone involved on the day and to the Eyrecourt Camogie club for the use of the facilities.

A ‘first whistlers’ referees’ course will take place in the Plaza Hotel in Westport on Friday February 22nd. Please contact the Mayo county secretary to make a booking. Tutor is John McDonagh
Mayo will host a foundation course on Saturday 23rd of February in Brackloon School in Westport. Places are limited. To make a booking please contact the Mayo county secretary. Tutor is Ger Cribbon.
Galway will host foundation level courses on:
- March 9th in Cregmore N.S, Claregalway
- March 23rd in Toonabrocky, Bushy Park, Galway
- March 30th in Newcastle, Athenry
- April 6th in St Joseph’s N.S, Kinvara
All booking must be made through the Galway county secretary.
