Match Officials confirmed for Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Championships Finals

 

The match officials for the 2018 Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Championships Finals have now been confirmed. Cork, Down, Dublin, Kerry and Kilkenny will travel to Croke Park on Sunday September 9^th in the hope of taking home coveted All-Ireland trophies.

 

Eamon Cassidy of Derry will take charge of the Senior Final between Cork and Kilkenny. Eamon, a member of the Limavady Wolfhounds Club took charge of the 2016 All-Ireland Senior Championship Final between Cork and Kilkenny and he has also refereed many Finals across various competitions in a distinguished career to date.

 

Wesmeath’s John Dermody will oversee the Intermediate Final between Cork and Down. John, a member of Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club, was the referee for last year's All-Ireland Intermediate Championship Final Replay as well as the All-Ireland Junior Club Championship Final in 2017. 

 

Alan Doheny of Laois will referee the Premier Junior Final between Dublin and Kerry. A Naomh Éamann Camogie Club member, Alan refereed the 2018 All-Ireland Junior Club Championship Final and has previously been part of match official teams for multiple All-Ireland Finals at various levels.
