Oulart the Ballagh endured a straightforward passage to the AIB All-Ireland senior club camogie final at Croke Park on March 1, beating Loughgiel Shamrocks by 10 points in the semi-final at Inniskeen.

The 2012 champions had just too much firepower for their Antrim opponents in the 1-15 to 0-8 win, as the Shamrocks fell away disappointingly having causing a few problems early on.

Caitrin Dobbin was the source of much of that initial discomfort to the Oulart full-back line and the sides were locked together on 0-2 apiece after four minutes.

It was one-way traffic from thereon however, as Una Leacy and Ursula Jacob in particular cut loose. The duo ended the half with six points each and Leacy ran riot with all of her scores coming from play.

Diane Ryan hand-passed to the Shamrocks net from close range just before the interval to kill the game off and it was 1-14 to 0-3 at the change of ends.

To give credit to Loughgiel, they were much better in the second half, confining the victors to just one point. Dobbin continued to create difficulties and had a shot that flashed just wide of the Oulart goal soon after the resumption.

Raquel McCarry was responsible for six of Antrim's scores, all from placed balls and one of which came from a penalty in the second half. Meanwhile for the strangely subdued Oulart in the second half, Jacob scored their only point.

Galway side, Mullagh await Oulart in the final, having dethroned the All-Ireland champions of the past two years, Milford in the first semi-final last week.
