Over 30 adult intercounty players and team managers from 14 counties attended this forum and based on this feedback several next steps were agreed.
Following a recent meeting of the Association's Ard Chomhairle to review the feedback received it has now established an Experimental Rules Committee which will be chaired by former GAA President Liam O'Neill. This committee will be comprised of….
The committee will convene in the coming weeks to review the playing rules in the context of the development of the game and increased conditioning levels of players over the last number of years and will ultimately propose trial rules and the details of how they may be trialled in various competitions.
The Association is also considering the establishment of a player engagement working group.
