Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Premier Junior Championship, Semi-Finals

Clare v Kerry, Cusack Park, Ennis, 2pm, G. Donegan (Dublin)
The Munster opponents clash in an exciting fixture this weekend, as both teams secured their passage to the latter stages in impressive fashion. Clare finished runners-up in Group 1, losing one game en route to this stage. That defeat was by a solitary point to Roscommon, while claiming victories over Armagh and Tyrone.

Kerry have produced a string of consistent performances so far and dominated Group 2 with four wins from four matches. They have only conceded 1-10 along the way while scoring 1-38 in their group fixtures. The Kingdom will hope to replicate the same level of performance this weekend to advance to the All-Ireland Final in September.

Limerick v Roscommon, Cusack Park, Ennis, 4pm, P. Ryan (Kildare)
With two wins, one draw and one defeat in their Championship journey to date Limerick finished second in Group 2 to advance to the Semi-Final stages. Having lost the opening game and drawn the second, their progress looked in doubt at one stage but two victories in their remaining two games secured their passage to the Semi-Finals.

The Rossies have been ruthless in their campaign this season with three wins in three over Armagh, Clare and Tyrone. They have also produced clinical displays in front of goal, managing to score 4-26 along the way, while only conceding 24 points. Another impressive display will be needed this weekend if they are to keep their 100% record intact.
