MNA Programme places a strong emphasis of developing and empowering female volunteers within our Clubs. Aims to enhance confidence, leadership capacity, and personal growth among participants, while also fostering a sense of community and mutual support.
The overall goal is to provide support to female along their development journey within camogie and ensuring support structures are in place in whatever role.
This programme will look at the development of female volunteers within clubs around the country. While assisting and allowing clubs to identify volunteers within their clubs, and provide education, resources, and supports which allow any club to embrace this programme.
Clubs are to nominate a female mentor who would receive the volunteer recruitment and personal development training.
The programme will ensure we are meeting and addressing the needs of our units and volunteers, to allow us to continue to grow this programme and its impact across our units.
