Fine Tuning the Female Athlete

Ï       Monday 7th January

Ï       7:15pm – 9:00pm

Ï       Belfast Venue to be Confirmed

Ï       Free of Charge

Ï       For Coaches of U16-Senior Level

Ï       By the end of the course the coach:

À         Learn how and when to coach female players appropriately.

À         Understand factors influencing females in sport Practical Tips on Skill Development

À         Conditioned games to improve team plays

This is partly an outdoor practical participation session and participations should come prepared to take part with appropriate clothing and equipment.
