The book has been compiled by the team’s assistant manager, Alan Aherne,
who is Sports Editor of People Newspapers. A full-colour publication, it
runs to 100 pages and features a blow-by-blow account of the full year
written by Alan, individual contributions from the players, plus numerous
photographs which are being published for the first time.
The calendar will contain some of the most striking action shots from the
Gala All-Ireland final, while Denis Cadogan’s DVD covers all seven
championship matches and features some fabulous footage of the after-match

All proceeds from the sale of these items will go to the players’ holiday
fund, as a dream trip is planned to Florida next March.
